Memorvia™ accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and accompanied by original materials.
Customers must contact the store before sending an item so the correct instructions can be provided.
Proof of purchase and photographs may be requested when reasonably needed to review the request.

For hygiene and child-safety reasons, opened feeding items, teething products, personal-care goods, and products that directly contact the mouth or body may be ineligible after use or removal of a protective seal, except where defective or required by law.
Personalized items, products identified as final sale, and goods damaged through misuse, modification, improper cleaning, or ignored instructions may also be excluded.
Damage, missing parts, or incorrect items should be reported promptly, preferably within seven days of delivery. Approved cases may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or another lawful remedy. Return delivery costs may remain the customer’s responsibility when the return is based on preference or incorrect selection.
